It is finally summer! Treat your family to some of these homemade ice lollies! Not only are they the perfect treat when the sun is shining, they are tons of fun to make, will save you money, and their are even healthy options for guilt free indulgence!
Simple strawberry ice lollies
- 250 g strawberries
- 100 ml natural yoghurt, or apple or orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Simply blend the ingredients together and divide into four ice lolly molds. If you do not have ice lolly molds you can use yogurt pots! Put the mixture in the freezer and your ice lollies shall be ready in 4 hours!
The classic milk lolly
- 200g Carnation Condensed Milk Light
- 275g (10oz) fruit of your choice
- 100ml (3fl oz) fruit juice of you choice
Once again, simply blend the ingredients and place the mixture into molds! Freeze time is 4 hours. For an extra special treat, take your ice lollies out after 4 hours and dip them into melted chocolate then into sprinkles? Then serve straight away or re freeze.
Banana yogurt ice lollies
- 160g Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1tsp runny honey
Once again, simply blend the ingredients and place the mixture into molds! Freeze time is 4 hours.
