Fathers’ Day 2015

Don’t forget Fathers’ Day is this Sunday (21st June)

A day to show Dad how much he means to you.  Everyone likes to feel appreciated, and lets’s be honest, parenting can be a pretty thankless task. So make the most of this Sunday.

There are many ways in which you can make your Dad feel appreciated. Gifts, meals out, trips away are all fantastic, however the simple things are just as appreciated.

A lie in, breakfast in bed, a picnic in the park followed by a huge roast dinner or BBQ would tick many boxes! Also there are many activities going on around the country this weekend. Try the National Trust for something close to you http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/article-1355890776775/

And don’t forget the card! If you have small children, they will happily oblige with paint, glitter, crayons, glue, and    more glitter. But if not there is still time to buy and send a card.

It is simply a day to spend with Dad (or grandad, step-dad etc..) to say thank you.
