All of the climbing frames, playhouses and garden play equipment shown on this page are available for pick-up from our local depot in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. We stock all items, so you can pick-up 2-3 days after ordering.

We offer our full range of Next Generation Climbing Frames to purchase and collect on the same day from our Nuneaton display site and pick-up point in Warwickshire. Yes, you can collect any Next Generation Climbing Frame immediately if you wish. All items are available for collection Mon-Fri, or at the weekend if you give us at least 1 working day's notice. Al items are available for fast home delivery.
In the unfortunate (and rare) circumstance that you have missing or damaged parts then we will of course replace these for you asap. All you'll need to do is complete a quick parts form (here) and we'll ensure they're dispatched out to your specified address within a few days. We may contact you if we need images or additional information to be able to process the parts claim. If you wish you can bring your damaged part to us Mon-Fri
No, we currently offer FREE collection from your local Nuneaton pick-up point. We also offer a range of home delivery options (normally within 5-10 days) should you not be able to collect from us.
The depot will hold your products for one week from the date you are notified the goods are available for pick-up. We're afraid we cannot hold stock longer than this without incurring storage charges.
The box sizes vary depending on the product ordered. Each product has a different amount of wood, so we recommend all customers check the packaging dimensions on the product pages to ensure your vehicle is big enough to carry the boxes. For climbing frames with swings the fort legs and swing beam are the longest which are approximately 2.5m long.
The Nuneaton depot is a pick-up point and display centre. We have a selection of products (shown on this page) which are currently assembled in Nuneaton and are available to view, touch and shake! You can also pick-up from this depot.
If you have paid by bank-transfer then someone can collect on your behalf, as long as they bring a copy invoice to prove who they are. If you wish to pay by credit card then you will need to pay when you collect your item. We cannot take payment online and offer a pick-up collection service. As play equipment is a high value purchase, we feel this security measure is necessary to ensure that you, us and the warehouse can be confident we are all protected. We apologise for any inconvenience.
